Contact support@saycheese.tips for help with your account or a tip. Whether you send support, receive it, or tipped once as a guest, you can ask us to review a problem.

The fastest way

Use the support form: report a bug or ask a question, attach screenshots, and follow the answer on a private thread link.

You can attach up to three PNG, JPEG or WebP screenshots per message, up to 4 MiB each, including in follow-up replies. Screenshots are optional. Do not include full card details, passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents. Support may use automated assistance; you can ask for human review.

What to include

The more of this you give us, the faster we can help:

  • Whether the problem involves sending a tip, receiving support, or your account.
  • Your handle on any connected social account, or the email you registered with.
  • For tip questions: the date, the amount, and the creator involved.
  • A link to the post, page, or campaign, if you have one.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.

What to expect

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Payment problems, unauthorized charges, and anything where money is stuck jump the queue. If your question is about a refund, the refunds page explains the creator鈥檚 refund button, support review, bank authentication, and your rights. A support review does not guarantee a refund or a particular payment outcome.

The line on your card statement

Every saycheese charge appears on card statements as SAYCHEESE.TIPS. If you see that descriptor and cannot place the charge, contact us for help identifying the associated tip and reviewing what happened. You do not have to contact us or wait for a reply before speaking to your bank or exercising your dispute or legal rights. Contacting support does not extend your bank鈥檚 dispute deadlines.

Security issues

If you believe your account or card is being misused, or you have found a security problem in saycheese itself, email support@saycheese.tips with SECURITY in the subject line. We prioritize security reports. If your card may have been used without permission, contact your bank promptly as well.
